There was a good turnout at Posh. Most on 5.8-6.2s. I rigged my 5.7 and had a ball for the first half an hour. Just blatting about in the sun and there was even the odd wave to bear off on. Then the tide turned and the Pevensey rip got jogging, so it took the fun out of it a bit. Stayed for quite a bit longer though, making up lost ground in the gusts and then losing it again in the lulls. Best thing was seeing everyone getting their fix after so long. Just about everyone was there and a really nice kind of 'happy Christmas' vibe - even Baydrew smiled at one point .

Dead chuffed I made the effort as it was pretty warm, and to be blasting on a 5.7 was beyond my expectations.
